CAM install quote

I was quoted $375 for a FRPP hot rod cam install. Is this price in the ball park and comparable to what some of you guys have been paying?

That's a steal.

Do you already have a Tune to load onto your car when the install is done?

I live in RI, and one of the best Mustang guys in my area gave this quote. I also work with his son-in-law on the fire dept, maybe this is a favor, LOL! He didn't mention anything about a tune, but my car is already tuned with a SCT X3.

It should run with the tune you already have since its not stock, but it might be a little quirky. You should have a new tune written and loaded asap...but I know for a fact it will run and drive.

Its a fair & honest price. It shouldn't take more than 3-4 hours for an experienced mustang guy to have your car running again. It's just that a lot of shops try and see what they can get away with.
