07 Gt Exhaust recomendations
#21
I really like the sound of the SLP axleback exhausts on the GT's. I've heard tons of clips on Youtube and they are loud and deep!!! Plus they are fairly inexpensive!! :-)
Good luck with your decision...

I used to have Borla stingers, and I loved them. However, they were so smooth sounding that you couldn't get all the throatiness and tonal changes in a Mustang exhaust that sound so nice. I switched to Bassani street mufflers (they are a hybrid straight-through/chambered muffler) and the Bassani X-pipe. I couldn't be happier now. Of course, the BBK shorty headers make the exhaust have that desirable thumping that is missing from the 3v engine.
I have several exhaust setup videos on youtube username tmwtpbrent14
Hope this helps.

I would strongly suggest AGAINST buying the mac boomtubes. I have them set up on my car and within three months they are rusting and look HORRIBLE!!! Plus when I tried to call Mac they said that I should just wash the exhaust and paint it. Would not suggest them in the least

I have to throw the Pypes mid-muffler kit out there, they are a bit of a pain to install, but are for sure loud and rowdy, especially with an off road H or X pipe.

BBK shorty headers, pipes off road h and Flowmaster AT classic 2 chamber mufflers. A classic deep sound that will get you noticed where ever you are. And I have found that the right tune will make a big difference in sound also. Brennspeed custom tune is what I am running with a SCT3 tuner.
