Default How much should I offer for a 06 saleen s/c?

Theres a red 2006 saleen s/c for sale has 30k miles and they are wanting $33k
How much should I offer?

I've been seeing non supercharged models for $23-25k. I dont see why a supercharged model would be $10k more?

Id first get a feel for what how low they are willing to go. i would just first ask them how low they would go on the price. They can either give you a number or tell you to make an offer. Tell them you have seen several other saleen sc's for like $28k and that you have a few others you are interested in. Make them feel like you are a serious buyer yet are unsure of which car you want. It should make them drop their price more. If they dont name a price for you then say something like $28k cash and see how they respond. Start low and hopefully you can meet somewhere in the middle.

Thanks for the input.

IF you were to sell your car what is the bottom price you would take? And what would be your asking price? If you dont want others seeing can you PM me the info?

I'd probably ask $33,900 but let it go for as low as $31k if I were to sell it. I'm sure you can find some for $28-29k

make sure you start low because im sure if u offered 28k for it and they jumped on it you would be thinking to yourself, "well wat if i woulda offered 25k" hell you can even play dumb like u dont know a whole lot about them and get them down even more, and be sure to point out every imperfection and go to nada.com and get a print out of the make and model and wat they are going for (dont show them unless its in your favor) these are just some helpful tips from a car salesman that is good at getting cars cheap from ppl. good luck

Default 2006 SC

Price seems high within the last month I purchased a 2006 SC for $27000 with 19000 miles, check autotrader similar prices for SC cars on there all the time. Unless of course the car has supercharger upgrades, but stock SC cars are selling for less than this all over that place.

Too bad your on the opposite coast, there is a really mint, low mileage 05 Saleen s/c here going for $28,000. I keep tossing it around about selling my car and buying it, but I am not a big fan of torch red.
