Default exhaust clamp

Quick question, I bought some boomtubes less than a year ago and went to tighten it today after hearing some rattling and the clamp connecting to the rest of the system snapped after almost no pressure. Can I just buy a replacement at a local hardware store? I went to an auto store and they didn't have any sort of clamps.

Here you go. Use these with my SLP Loudmouths, they work great. Find the particular size you need. These ones here are for 2.5" exhaust.
