gas hood struts, require drilling? or stock bolt points?

I had the Redline Tuning set, and the rivets kept popping out of my fiberglass hood. Went with the NXT kit and am now very happy. If anyone wants a lightly used set of Redline Tuning ones, let me know... I'll sell them for $50 or so.
