I just checked and it works fine for me.

Are you sure you are using this link? Put your VIN number in after the = sign;

services.forddirect.fordvehicles.com/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf?vin=

Default Example - Try This Example of VIN Lookup

For those of you having problems, here is an example to follow of my un-built 2011 Mustang GT Premium VIN with the website. If you have a recent VIN, I would guess it should work for you.
(Sometimes examples help!)

note that after the '.pdf', there is a question mark (?) and an equals sign (=) preceding your 17-digit VIN #

My unit S/N is: 23,392, to be built on 6/11. They are certainly cranking them out now! I can't wait to get my new mustang!!

Follow Up.
The forum system truncates the middle of the URL.
Here, I've embedded the URL so it does not get altered. Just remove the brackets on the ends:

See that's why I posted the link so the members could copy and paste and add their VIN number to it in the browser.
