I just bought an 08 GT last weekend and everything is great except sometimes my driver's seat does weird stuff. Every once in a while it feels like someone is kicking the center of the back of my seat. It's like a tap. Is this common? Is there something inside the back of the seat that's loose or something?

Also, what are these wheels called and how much are they on the used market? Mine came with some flawless bullit rims and I really dislike them. Wonder if I can just trade someone.

Are you sure there isnt something wrong with the lumbar support? Its the little arrow near the end of the seat (on the plastic) to the left.

Those are fanblades and were an option. I think they come in 18in wheels only.

i've seen those fanblades go for like 100-130/a wheel.

$400 or so for some fanblades would be reasonable. I just wonder what these rims are worth that I have now. They look like Bullit rims but they're a light silver color. I guess it's the standard GT rim for 2008? Are they worth anything?

the 17" bullitt rims came in different shades. Mine were Argent but my neighbor's Grabber Orange had silver ones.

sounds like there migth be somethign loose in your seat and those rims are called fanblades they have nicer ones then that i used to have a set but not anymore they are polished and in the center of the blade it was like a grey

just sold mine for 250, and there is someone else in the classifieds selling a set for 400 I think.

I was feeling around on the back of my seat and there's a big rectangle in there. I assume that's where the motor is for the power seat. Or maybe an airbag or something? Can I open up the back piece of the seat and access things? A zipper or something?

The prices of fanblades is encouraging. The bullit rims date the car a bit too much for me.
