If the CAI is installed properly it will still run with the stock tune (it's just not good to WOT without a tune). Keep you stock tune and reinstall the CAI , it should run fine. If it doesnt then something is up with the install. There are no parts on the CAI that would cause the engine not to run. If your MAF Sensor works in the stock tube it should work in the new tube. Make sure the connection to the MAF Sensor is good and you have the vent line hooked up. You can plug your sctx2 into your obdii port and read you strategy code. They can write programs fron this.
