I would advise against the MTX's if you are talking about the aluminum ones. I had 2 10's they souned like crap and also blew in about 2 months with only a 300w rockford amp pushing them. Sevendust destroyed 'em! I bought Rockford P3's and they sound much tighter and lasted longer. Oh yeah and they were less expensive.

Dynamat can be bought at any sound/install store including Best Buy and Circuit City. It is a rubber material on one side and aluminum on the other. The rubber side is adhesive and is layed down basically like a carpet - it covers whatever you want. I have my entire trunk lined with the stuff - no rattling anymore regardless of the base level turned up on the 10" Rockford Phase 2 sub and amp.

I do however get a rattle out of my driver door sub. Been meaning to TRY and get Ford to do something about that but I doubt they will. With anyluck I may be able to get them to replace it - but it is intermittent so you can bet the time I'll be trying to show it to them it will sound clear as day
