can a xcal3 tuner be locked by vendor?
can a shop lock a tuner so they are the only ones who can add tunes to it?
i bought my xcal 3 when i had my dyno tune originally tuned, can i take that same xcal 3 to another shop?
is there a way to tell if it is locked?
