You're in your 3rd year, you haven't fully consumed it yet.
Since there's a TSB on this, you should be able to get something anyway...
You have to fight with them, PITA but that's how the game is played.
Ins. companies do that in an even worse way, they'll contest a claim with a Police Report that is against their policy holder!!

Well I my car back today they fixed everything. Removed the rear window and repainted the frame ,replaced my shifter handle ,door inserts and also gave me a new drivers seat because it was making a clicking noise when getting in and out. The bad thing is it was finished saturday but no one called me to pick it up. I was hoping to go on the Lakeland run.

I went to get in the trunk today and saw that the paint around the rear window is comming off. Bubbling up on both sides and flaking off down to the sealer. Now I have to deal with the stealership. I can fix it myself but I shouldn't have too. Anyone eles with this problem?

hello, im a newbie to this site. the reason im even on this site is that I have the same problem with the exterior paint but my paint is chipping all over from the hood to the trunk lid. all i see here is the questions. How do you find the answers? how do i get Ford to repaint my car?
