9/16 or 5/8 deep well socket,some long extensions,floorjack and 4 jack stands.

get the car up as high as you can to make yourself comfortable, unbolt the old stuff and put in the new stuff.hardest part will be disconnecting the passenger side 02 sensor, you have to get your hand into a really tight spot but im sure you can do it,i have fat hands and can do it.

For that o2 sensor, i did taco bills how to and just took out the battery. it really only takes 10 min and makes it soo much easier. Also use wd-40, PB blaster, Screw loose anything you have has a penetrating oil and SOAK those nuts. Look up How May Day went post on here I snaped the bolt and the stud off. Other then than a 22mm i think for the o2 sensors and it is much easier to install it in peices under the car than assemb it of the car and trying to put in it as one. Also get a towel of what ever to place between the exhaust tips and the bumper incase something slips your tips wont mess up your bumper, Found that out the hard way

I did pretty much what they said when I changed mine out, except I only use 2 jackstands and it's fine. I never had any problems with the 02 sensors though.....I'm pretty sure I just unplugged them.

For me it was actually easier to put it on as one piece.

Youll need a 15mm deep socket for the header bolts! make sure you have a couple of extensions...and definetly a swivel. 22mm wrench is preferable for the o2 sensors, but i just used a good adjustable wrench. also PB blaster is the best for loosening up any rust.. etc to make everything come off easy!
