Default the interior light are always on

I have a little problem with my 2010 GT - the interior lights are always on by no reason. The buttons don't work to turn them off.

It happens even when the engine is off, all doors locked and so on. So I had to pull the electrical connector off, but in this case the airbag check start to light on (it is connected to same jumpers as interior light).

So, anyone can help me how to fix this or any idea why it happened?

Thank you!

Cool

it could be a few things it could be a short to ground somewhere it could be that the switch is messed up. Your best bet would be to take it to the dealer and have them check it out under warranty

I have to put it to the ship and wait for the month for Mustang to reach any american dealer. I brought the car to very distant place, there is no official mustang dealers, but I'll try to call a Ford dealer.

Read the owners manual and turn them off with the cluster illumination dimmer switch.

There should be a little rotating wheel-like switch to the right of the head light switches. It controls the brightness of your speedometer, odometer, etc. lights. If you rotate it upwards all the way it will click. When it does, it activates the lights inside. So, next time check to see if its all the way up. If it is, rotate it down a bit so it clicks and that should fix the problem. If not, then you have an electrical problem.
