Default European octane question

So I'm in Italy and want to get a tune for my car. I searched online and it seems the regular octane rating for the gas here is 95 and the super is 98. I'm not sure if thats the same standard as in the US though. Does anyone know for sure? Do you think bamachips or breenspeed know anything about the gas standards here and would be able to make a tune for me?
