Backup camera on OEM navigation?
Hey guys, I was wondering can u put a backup camera on the OEM navigation? I know I remember someone mentioning only if it has a video auxilary output. Does the Ford navi comes with this?

I don't know the absolute answer but I would be inclined to say NO. An AUX Output, means nothing. An AUX Input on the other hand would mean something different. But at the same time that's assuming it's a VIDEO INPUT and not just an AUDIO INPUT which is what it would be. I have found that Ford's headunits appear to be the same in several of their automobiles, however the internal workings of them are different. Such as a Expedition OEM Navi, may have the reverse camera option and the head unit appearance is the same as the Mustang, but the Mustang's head unit has no such option and never will.
I think your best bet would have been to not purchase the OEM Navi and buy an aftermarket head unit.
