See if disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes helps. Doing that seems to be more effective at restoring responsiveness than just reloading the tune.
Also, your car will be less responsive if it's hot where you live, since the engine will be down on power due to it being heatsoaked, and due to the PCM slowing down the fuel feed rate and pulling timing when the IAT(inlet air temperature) reaches 90-100 F.

FWIW, I also use Bama's 93 Race tune, except with a manual tranny and 3.55's, and the throttle response difference between this tune and the stock tune is like night and day. However, there is still an ever so slight throttle lag if I floor it doing 750-1000 rpm in 1st gear. But I attribute it to the nature of a DBW throttle, and don't worry too much about it knowing that things always get rolling in spades when the engine gets into the mid-upper rpm range. Besides, I can always install 4.10's and an aluminum driveshaft if I want things to get rolling a little quicker at lower rpm's.

I hear ya, the same thing happens with my 09 Auto GT. When gassing from a stop the throttle has an ease in feel to it. Once 2500 or 3000 RPMs hit, its gone.

Possibly something to do with the stall in the torque converter? I may be reaching on that note.

I didn't notice anything abnormal from the video. Sounds like it's making good power, and it makes a nice chirp going into 2nd.
Does it feel any more responsive when you:
- Do a 1.5 - 2K rpm launch from a dig?
- Stomp on it from idle in cooler temps?
- Stomp on it from idle as soon as the engine warms up from a cold start, and is not yet heatsoaked?

On a side comment, I like being able to launch my GT from a dig knowing that it will not burn a bunch of rubber(if any at all) with only street tires, except in real cold weather, because "spinning ain't winning". And also being able to smoke 'em if I want to.
