Midnight Express

Has anybody ever seen a painted manifold cover. I was thinking of painting mine gloss black. The only thing that still would be chrome is the pony. Let me know what yall think. Pics would be cool too.

I think it would look great! i saw one on a white S197 that was painted white with the GT in blue..also had the intake painted white with all the hoses blue...looked amazing! it really spices up the look under the hood.

I took mine in to get it painted this past week. The only difference is I'm leaving the pony and the lettering and painting the rest gloss black. I'll post some pics when I get it

I actually did what you want to do. I'll post some pictures soon. It's not too hard, just take your time to cut around the horsey. Looks cool.
