I bought the car from them but my tech is no longer there. I asked for him and they told me he's gone which probably explains the voice mail I got from him a month ago but I being an idiot deleted it without listening past his name. I need to track him down!

I sent Ford a letter, we'll see whats they say. I'm more pissed off about how I was treated rather than the part.

How many people were in the service dept at the time? Exactly one. Me! Their lot is empty, show room is empty, service dept empty and yet they treat me like dirt? It's bizarro world!

I like my Stang, 2nd one, but I hate every Ford stealership on the planet.
