and the only option for having a glass roof is the charcoal interior. WTF? Is this true? Wouldn't it be cooler heat wise to have the gray interior? Does anybody here have the glass roof? What color is your interior?

Got the black interior. With the shade pulled, it doesnt get any hotter in there, than reg car would. Now, once or twice i have left the shade open on hot days, and got in there and it was daaaaaaaaamn hot. But honestly, when the shade is closed, and I get in there on a hot day, the worst part of the interior, is the shifter, I have an aftermarket ****, and it gets hot as hell! The glass roof, is totally worth it in my opinion. Everyone loves it, and when you get in and drive on a sunny day, as soon as you open the shade, its like you are outside. DO IT!!!!!!!!!! =)

deekum, I think I'm going to keep my GT/CS. I have 48,400 miles and bought it mid October 2007. I was thinking of trading it in and getting a V6 with the glass roof, navigation and rear camera. Even with a V6 it's too much money. It was over $31,000 for the V6 with those options. A V8 with those options would be nearly $40,000. If I trade in I would only get about $17,000 to $18,000 for my GT/CS. Nope, can't see it. I live in Virginia. Is there anyone who can do the glass roof mod to my current GT/CS? I guess I should ask the dealership if they know of anyone who can do it.

Call Tyson's Ford in Tyson's Corner, VA and see if they have a recommendation. They had the 3rd annual Mustang Roundup a few weekends ago and had a company doing live installs which included the glass roofs. I'm sure they could tell you who was doing the installs.
