Has anyone done the my color swap? What does it consist of? I cant beleive that my 08 GT doesnt have it, but has everything else. HMM

If you ordered the IUP (Interior Upgrade Package) it came with it.


If not you can get a new dash cluster through Ford. You could also try this company;

Thought the 08 GT Premiums came with it standard. I bought this new a couple weeks ago, but it was a left over 08. People must not have been very interested in it because it only had 28 miles on it and had been sitting on the lot since November. I noticed that the 09 GT Premiums came with it standard, that is why I thought mine did.

I don't think know about '08s but I know in 2007 you had to pay an extra $460.00 for it. It also came with a Satin Aluminum Panel (dash).....looking at my window sticker now.
Do you have aluminum on your dash or is it all one color like black?

Looks like Im going to have to do the swap. I wonder if you get the oil pressure and voltage gauge when you do that?

The "my color" is fun for the first month. I leave mine on blue. I actually got the IUP for the 2 extra gauges.....

Hate to jack this thread but if I understand correctly I can purchase the "my color" gauges from that site? How would I go about that? I haven't checked mine to see if it has it, but mine is an 05.

Then no IUP for you. If you get another cluster with MyColor, you get extra gauges as well as in dash info for checking your gas mileage.

I'm glad I paid extra for the IUP......Blue really looks good at night.
