Default 2008 Warranty issues

I just purchased a used 2008 V6 Mustang Coupe, and its already at 32K miles.

It almost out of the bumber to bumber warranty, Is there anything I should look for as far as problems with this model/year?

I want to catch them before I'm out of luck..

Thank you for your help,

Isn't it already out of warranty at 62k? That's a lot of miles! Congrats on the car. Hope you got a decent deal.

Unless someone purchased an extended warranty on the car, and then transferred it to you, there is no warranty on a car with that many miles.

Standard packages are 3/36 whichever comes first, and I have no idea what the extended ones do. I thought about purchasing 2 years of extended to run the life of the loan and I may still do it. But typical extended warranties do no transfer with resales. The last couple of trades that I did with the Ford dealer involved a pro-rated refund on unused but paid extended warranty.

Yeah, sorry man. The drivetrain warranty goes out at 60k/5 years(...although I thought it went up for 07+..?). But you do have 5yr/unlimited mile rust warranty

Imo, take it to the dealer if there is something specifically wrong and see what they can do. If your just checking it, and nothing is wrong than I wouldn't really worry about it...this is where PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE comes into play! Good luck man, and holy S*** that is a lot of miles for an 08'....how did you(owner before) accumulate that many miles??
