If your headers did not come with gaskets you need them. Otherwise you'll have a HUGE exhaust leak.
|
i bought them thru another forums member. so i will need them?

Yes, you will need new gaskets.
You will also need new bolts. I went with the stage 8 locking bolts. |
No you dont. Just re-use the metal OEM gaskets because the aftermarket gaskets suck.
I used my OEM gaskets they worked great no leaks and easy to put in place on the headers. |
Agreed. They reused my stock metal gaskets and I'm still leak-free (the headers at least! :icon_doh:) two years later. The rest of my exhaust is another matter...small holes keep forming (hot spots???) in my h-pipe..
I also used stage 8 locking bolts. |
Gloves and Prozac.
