shortening sway bar endlinks
If I need to have my stock sway bar endlinks shortened, What type of shop should I be going to?
Reason I need to do this is cuz im installing my tein flex and it comes with an adj. one but mine didnt have it. Manual says it needs to be shortened to about 9.1 inches. Other adj. end links dont go that short. Its either buy it from tein and wait to have it shipped from japan or modify my stock one to fit it.
Inputs are appreciated thanks.

To shorten them would require them to be cut
in the middle (the ends are not removable) and
and apiece removed and then rewelded. The
plastic ends would not endure such heat levels.
Just run them long and get the teins.
But wait, no one on the forum I have seen that
runs shortened sway bar links with lowering springs.
I would forgo the shortened links unless you really
need the ground clearance (but then why are you
dropping it if you need the ground clearance).
I would be more worried about the proper camber
and unwanted bump steer before 'shortened end links'
that tein recommends....
