So what about your 5yr / 50k warranty? It becomes null and void on engine related items? What about the rest of the drivetrain? They could say the S/C caused extra strain on those components which caused them to fail.

Great thread, car is looking great

I voided my warranty on my car with a chip added about 1 year after I bought it. It really helps to get to know the dealer on these issues. The Service Advisor was also a track enthusiast and told me as long as I didn't do anything to the engine internals, they would cover me "unless I was stupid" ... that part of course is the grey area and they hold the cards on defining it

May be a good idea to have a talk with the dealer, sounds like they're on your side. If something in the drivetrain fails at 37k miles, technically they have to prove the SC caused that, but in actual practice, the dealer just tells you to blow. You can likely come to some agreement where they'll treat you as a "regular" customer for warranty claims as long as they don't see signs of shearing, total abuse

How did you tint the headlights and fogs? Does it reduce light output at night?

The guy that installed my 3M clear bra also sells the head-light and fog-light tint. I paid him to cut me the template from the 3M material in 15% tint shade and I installed in about 20 minutes
