How much should I pay for this Mustang?

You can definitely find something like that, especially 2 yrs old. Just keep looking, if you have to go out of your area to get get it that cheap you should really do it.

Sounds like you got a killer deal on your 2006 GT!!! Congrats!!!
I payed 14,500 for my 2006 gt like 6 months ago. It had a pioneer avic-n2 head unit, 4 monitors(Visors and Headrests), playstation 2, rear view camera, keyless push buttom door entry system(where you just push the numbered code on the door). I know thats a year newer but i am not sure if i would have payed 5,500 for 1 year.

I got my 09 GT Premium in April - 5 spd, 3:55 rear, h.i.d, comfort-gt appearance-gt security packages, mobile ease and trip tunes for a whopping $25k plus taxes. You can negotiate, the economy still isn't great, I saw a few dealers with left over 08 GT Deluxes. Try a few dealers in Jersey....they usually have a nice stock of Stangs
EDIT: They even located me the exact vehicle - color and options for that price, wasn't even on the lot

I just paid a bit over $27,000 for my 2009 Bullitt
Was originally a $34,500 car.
No way in hell I'd pay over $20,000 for that car. It's nice, but way overpriced. It doesn't even have any of the "goodie" options.
Always go with Nada value. It is closer to auction prices, and more realistic. And, it is what most banks go by. I know my Credit Union takes Nada value and then will loan 90% of that. They leave that other 10% for me to cover or negotiate off.
I suggest you visit them with a $20,000 purchase check from your bank. I can guarantee you'd drive it home.

That car is over priced. Back in June 07, I bought my 05 for $19.5k from a dealership. 9k miles certified pre-owned. Fast forward to now. July 09, an 07 with 10k should be no more than what I paid for my 05 2 years ago. PLUS the economy is horrible. Cars should be even cheaper now than they were in 2007. I'd say $18k max.

ditto that, that car should be south of 20k, if you know what you are doing a guy should be able to buy a brand new 09 premium for that kind of money. I saw a guy selling an 07 premium with fan blade wheels locally 35k mileage $16500, asking price
