Well, this is weak... I use the WalMart Roberk (or however it's spelled) for $3.97 per blade on my other current and past vehicles and was always happy with them, although the farthest south and hottest was in Kentucky. They seemed to last as long as friends that bought the more expensive blades. I've yet to put new blades on the Stang since she's in the garage 95% of the time.

I've used both the Bosch and the Rain-X and I must say the Rain-X is much better

I bought Bosch Icon but.... I don't drive my car in the rain. That's what trucks are for!

Default Icons here

Was in a rain storm and ran in to Autozone out of desperation. Grabbed the Icons and haven't looked back.

Also, every now and then I scour my windshield with Comet to really get the grime and oils off the glass. A good wipe on the wipers with some windex also helps. The wipers perform a lot better post-glass scrubbing

Along with the new wipers, try treating your windshield and all the outer glass including the side mirrors with Rain-X. You will not believe the difference it makes especially during heavy downpours at night. I think it is less than 5 bucks a bottle.

I've tried several aftermarket brands and had issues. The Bosch blades wouldn't stay on the arm. Went back to Ford blades and been happy. The dealer I got them from had them for $10 a pair.

Just make sure whatever you get, use the application guide for the brand of wipers you get - Ford has been consistent in changing the Mustang wiper configuration over the years and by trim too - always look up your make, model, year and trim - don't go by length only or you'll find yourself returning blades.

I've been a trico neoform guy for a while now but this last time around I found out that trico came out with something new in late 2009. They're called 'Trico Tech Beam Blades'. They're super beefy and they have a new off-set mounting system that allows the wiper arms to sit ever so slightly lower - they look awesome. They also cost less than the neoforms, which was nice. Got them online.
