Rear End and DS ?'s
Looking into ordering one of these:

but my question is, do i need the V6 specific one if i was to buy a Spydershaft for the GT application:

in turn merely purchasing the GT 8.8 ($30 cheaper): http://www.newtakeoff.com/mustang_gt...on_flange.aspx
or do i need both the V6 pinion flange and the V6 Spydershaft:

it comes down to $30, but money is money

well, i'm not 100% sure, but i'd guess you would need the v6 application for both since both parts are technically designed for v6 applications...
i'd say contact the spydershaft people... but since their contact page is down, i guess it's kind of hard to do that
