I just went out and removed the clips, cleaned up the hubs and inside of the rims then tightened in a star pattern, it doesn't seem like it did anything to help I will post again when I have a chance to open it up on the highway

i went for a ride to the store and back i only got it up to around 65 or so but it feels like the shake is all but gone now after taking off those clips...one of the clips wasnt even flush with the rotor so i dont think the wheel was mounted 100% flush

Contributing to this thread because I just noticed my steering wheel shaking. Threw the stock wheels and tires back on yesterday because my Dunlop Star Specs are shot and thats when I noticed the shaking. So I'm pretty sure its the stock tires.

I'm glad that helped! And very nice car you have! How do you like the SLP loudmouths? I just had them installed on my 2010 a few weeks ago.

Thanks, the slp's were a pita to get to fit right on the passenger side but I love the way it sounds, it's gets better and better the more it breaks in
