I would say the area you are in has some to do with when you get your car delivered. Southwest for the example has a higher number of cars alloted to it meaning if you ordered two identical cars on the same date, the one to the southwest would most likely be delivered first.

Not saying dont trust the dealership, but you may want to double check and even ask, what priority the dealership you ordered from has.

Congratulations on soon getting to own your first Mustang. You are off to one good start.

I'm not sure what color/stripe combo you selected, but they are starting to show up more and more around here where I live. I have seen the black/charcoal stripes, kona blue/grey stripes, and grabber blue/white stripes all within just a few miles of my home.

Good luck and share some pictures as soon as it happens for you.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I ordered sterling gray with satin silver stripes, electronics package and HIDs. I know some of you won't like the color and others don't like the HIDs, but to each his own. I'm in Pennsylvania and have seen two different GT500s at two of the local dealers. One was black with white, no HIDs and the other was grabber blue with white, no HIDs. I drove the black one but figured if I was going to lay down $50K I would order a car so I could get the color and options I wanted.
BTW I also drove a 2009 and a 2010 Roush 427. I liked the feel and sound of the 2009 but did not like the look as much as the 2010. The 2010 had a bit of a different feel. The exhaust was too loud for me. Never thought I'd say that but you couldn't hear the supercharger. At any rate I ultimately liked the feel of the GT500. I'll keep you guys posted.
