Default Is this car legit??? I must be out of the loop.

Saw this in the September 09 5.0 Mustang and Super Fords mag.

Are those numbers truly possible NA? I apologize if this is nothing special, but I swear those are non-intercooled SC numbers.

http://www.blowbyracing.com/vid-406.html

Heads, Cams, Intake, UDPs, Delete plates, full exhaust and a REALLY aggressive tune... 406 whp.

http://www.blowbyracing.com/vid-380.html

With a normal streetable tune, they put down 380. Toss in a stroker kit, and that should put it over the 400 mark with a streetable tune. But with stock internals... doesn't seem to be happening.

And by "Stock Intake" they are referring to the intake manifold being stock.

*edit*
And then after ALLLL of that work, you should be able to keep up with a stock C6... maybe even beat one lol

^ Thats the excat car I referenced. Plus, there is no way he is going to hit anything over 450 N/A unless its a completely dif engine.

screwy math going on there IMO. i can see 350 but nowhere over 400 without throwing physics out the door

sounds like they are screwing with people so they can get all excited and buy all those parts. No possible way to get those numbers!

409 at the crank maybe...
then again, how much hp can you gain using race grade octane gas?
83 tune vs 110+ tune might help a bit, not sure what he runs
