Just seeing that pic makes me want to cry.
I hope you were not hurt.

Accidents happen... especially when people aren't focused on the fact that they are driving a 2000+ car and what its capable of.

It's "just" a car though.. as hard as that is to say.. it really is. Try to take the positives out of this situation... and if everything works out, your car will end up looking better than before the accident.

Don't let the other insurance company play you.. and play dirty if that's what it takes to get what they owe you.

The total damage is more than that car.. consider your lost time and on-going stress when you are talking numbers.

Let me guess??
A moron on the cell phone?

When it's not your fault, the other insurance is paying for your non-stock parts because you're not using your policy.
So that's that.

CS bumper in the rear for sure.
You don't have enough damage up front to cover the GT500 swap a 100% IMO.
You'll be out of pocket a few bucks but it's better than starting from scratch.

They should take care of your tuner as well.
They replaced my $1100 laptop that was squished/destroyed in my trunk when I got side swipped in my Cougar. You will need your receipt though.
They asked me to send them that fugged up computer, lol. They kept it too.

Anyway, glad you're OK and upon finding a good shop, everything will work out.

Good luck.

This happened to my last mustang, I got rear ended by a dumb blonde (hot) in a volvo xc90, it bent my frame and totalled my car. Now I have a gt, but I've been going to physical therapy ever since
