Going back to school, have a few Q's
Hey everyone,
Summer break is wrapping up and I am going back to college in a few days. I have a few questions listed below.
1. I have a parking sticker (last years) that is really hard to get off, razor blade barely is working and partially because the sticker is on the inside part of the windshield at the way bottom where my had barely fits, any suggestions on getting it off.
2. I have an old radar detector that works but the suction cups do not hold for more then a few hours, any suggestions for getting it to hold?
3. I am taking the car in for its oil and oil filter changed. I just hit the 30,000 mile mark on the odometer and I got the car new. Is there a need to change the cabin filter and/or fuel filter?

Definitiely replace the fuel filter. The cabin air filter is your call since it's not a performance robber. BOTH are DIY, especially the cabin air filter.
Try cleaning the suction cups with alcohol, then soaking them in water and dishwashing soap overnite. If that doesn't work, you should be able to find new ones the same size at most craft stores or WalMart. Also, clean the inside of the windshield well.
