a bit pricey but they work.

Even though I hate the way they look I guess I might be forced to try a seat belt cover. Im glad im not the only one who feels this way about the damn seatbelts

Glad all you midgets are having issues, you know this is payback for all that leg/head room you get to enjoy everywhere - cars, planes, stadiums, roller coasters (if you're tall enough to ride), etc... Sit on a phone book!

Seriously though, at 6'7" (no I don't play basketball) the belts don't bug me, but the belt in my F150 does exactly what you're all saying. Those belt pads are the way to go.

I'm 3' 10" and don't have a problem with the shoulder belt rubbing my neck because it sits on my forehead.

Seriously though, I bought a seat belt adjuster at Walmart to keep the shoulder belt off my neck.

I use the seat belt adjuster from walmart too. That strap on the side of the seat is there to hold the seatbelt closer (so you don't have to each so far back to grab it).

Haha, you know it's funny so many people are complaining about it, I'm 5'5" and have no problems at all, and I love the leg and head room

This is not a Mustang only problem. Its the same on a lot of cars. Almost every car I've been in since seat belts came out has cut across my throat. I have the same seat belt pads as the previous post shows and they are a big improvement. I drive with the seat all the way back and all the way up. Short upper body but long legs.

5'4" no problems with the belt in my '08. It does rub the seat above my left shoulder and has even worn some of the leather, leaving black scuff marks on the red upholstery (check it out sometime on your seat if you don't have black leather).

Hum... I wonder if you can push that back on to a warranty issue?

I miss the holder my 98 had. Never had this problem. Or hell, even my Honda had a slide that you pinch and push up or down. That holder Ford used in this design is just a bad idea and something that paying a extra 50 for the car would have been well worth the expense
