PJ Heritage fascia is really nice. Come to think of it, I wouldn't upgrade to anything else. Free shipping is really nice too. It would look great with your center fog grille.

Repainting will be $200-$300 depending on discounts. Have you considered reporting it to insurance and having them pay for it? That's what it's there for.

I mean you're spending $300 for paint you might as well get a used Ebay Roush bumper for $250 shipped.
