Just got my Dyno 2010 Mustang GT
I went to DCPerformance in Culver City California and they use a Dynojet. My car is bone stock. Did 3 runs and the best one was 279.06 HP and 291.01 TQ. I'll post the slip later tonight. I'm satisfied with the results and now I'm ready to mod it up!!!

Dyno jets are not usually the most accurate and most places use them because their cheaper and tend to give higher results than you are actually getting, so you can feel better about the mods you just bought (if you ever buy mods from the place you had it dyno'd) You can remove 10-15% and have a better number usually.

After you mod, it'll probably be best to go back and have it done on the same dyno since you have a baseline from that. Regardless if it's accurate or not, at least you'll have a better perspective of what gains you get from whatever mods you do.
IMO, those #'s sound reasonable considering the '05-09's were averaging about 265 RWHP stock and the '10's picked up a few % more.

OP:
Good job on the dyno, I got to get mine on one for a baseline.
Very good and consistent numbers from other dynos I have seen.

Every dyno is going to read differently depending on the area and conditions. As has already been said it's a great tool for determining the baseline and to be sure to go back to the same dyno after you've done your mods.
That being said, if anyone knows of a good dyno shop in the Northern Virginia area let me know as I'd like to get a baseline even though I've already got the Roush exhaust installed.

I don't think this is correct. Dynojets where usually the more expensive ones and more used because they remove more operator error that makes the readings on other dynos all over the place.
