No Arm flash on alarm & double honk...WTF?

Stock Alarm was fine until last week. Now no lights when arming with remote.
Then a double honk if you push it twice.

Any ideas??

Usually the 2x honk means your trunk isn't latched.

run a system test and it will show you if all your doors and trunk are shut...

Double honk means a door or the trunk is not closed. If the door/trunk switch is bad (loose or bent) that could also cause it.

Do the lights in the passenger compartment shut off after you shut the doors?
Does the trunk light stay off when you close the trunk?
