Glass Roof Shade

Any comments about the shade of a glass roof. I have a 2009 and it has "broke"...anyone else?

Something "snapped" and a string fell down and would not go forward or backwards evenly. Ford thinks they can fix it however I think it needs to be replaced.

I have seen one do what you described, we replaced the shade assembly at my ford dealership...

Replace I am good with however "fix" scares me!! But I am a little protective...first brand new car and it is my mustang haha. Have you seen them hold up after the first break?
