Default Stuck in my K-member

Hey guys im not sure if its called a k-member or not, but there is something in there that is causing a sound to come from there when there is a change in g's acceleration or deceleration. Im suspecting a screw that fell in there when they installed my headers.

How can I get it out? I can't see it, but I can definatly hear it when I rock the car while its off.

Yeah thanks man. I bought a telescoping magnet from autozone yesterday. I found out it was a 13mm deep socket. It was driving my nuts for like the past month and a half.
