Default ECU calibration cost

I have been thinking about getting the Ford Racing CAI for my 05 GT and was wondering if anyone knows what a dealership would charge to calibrate my ECU to the intake. I have seen them online with calibration kits but the price is a little higher than I want to pay. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Just look for a used xcal. I just picked up an SCT X3 for $150. Then you can get a tune for it for $50. So for $200 you will have something a tone better and probably cheaper if not the same price as the dealer.

Just be patient and troll the for sale section, you could even throw up a WTB thread.

The FRPP tunes are lame compared to those from Brenspeed, Bama, Tillman and VMP. Invest in a good tune from any of those since you already have the BBK CAI (hope you have a tune for that CAI NOW or you'll be throwing a lean code if you haven't already). Best bang-for-the-buck in RWHP w/o going FI.
