Next year I am planning on picking up a 2005 GT but I need to get some winter rims/tires for this year on my 2004. Just curious if 17" is the smallest that will fit on the S197's. If so, that's what I'll get for my 2004 and then when I need to use them on the S197, it's a simple swap instead of trying to sell the old ones and buy new.

Yeah 17s at the smallest on a GT due to the frt brakes.

I thought someone said that a 16" wheel will just clear. Not sure, though.

To the OP, be mindful of the offset in order to use those wheels/tires on both your '04 and '05.
