Coincidence I'm sure. Throttle response issues would be more likely in the tune or TB.

Everyone knows that you must stack at least 3 or 4 spacers to get mad HP increases!

[QUOTE=Shadow7874;6530696]
My parents got a screaming deal on my car ($8k on craigslist under waranty!) and sold it to me for $14k QUOTE]

Nice parents, NOT.
$6K profit off of their son.
NICELY DONE.
WTF did you do to them growing up?
How bout passing the killer deal on to their son?
Did that ever cross their minds?
Kill someone with the vehicle in their name and
they will think twice about doing that again.
They could be sued for everything they have
including the $6K windfall obtained from you....

I agree. When I read that I was like WTF!? That's honestly a pretty sh1tty thing for parents to do to their own.

Wow... We found a 2006 Nissan Sentra SE for my daughter with 30K miles for $7K (it low blue booked at $12K) and we gave it to her for the same amount. Why couldn't you buy the car for yourself for the $8k or have them cosign the loan for you?

wow...just wow...

The throttle response can be calibrated out to a point with a simple procedure and then there's also the physical aspect with the throttle box down by the gas peddle under the dash.
