2010 Stang GT or 04 Cobra???
im looking to trade in my SRT and get into a Stang. heres my "head scratcher" i love the look of the 2010's and been researching the **** out of them. however, ive always been fond of the 03-04 cobra's. my only real concern with the Cobra is i know it'll have some miles on it, but i would like to find an all stock one with 40k or less... If i go with the cobra, is there anything i should be concerned about by buying a used one? how are all the supercharger components?
I'm done with the whole 4 Banger thing, i want in a V8 bad.
any help would be great, thanks!

04 Cobra all the way. I don't regret buying my car, I love it don't get me wrong, but if I could go back and do it again I would find a 03/04 cobra in my price range. They are very nice and make good power easily. Also, get one that has no mods. Usually mods mean the car was beat on at least a little.

Terminator without a doubt. the solid bottom end of the terminator is the deal sealer. you can make a lot of power with it. a friend of mine found one low miles, whipple 3.4 and any other mods running 650 rwhp and streetable for less than 25k, and the thing is clean.

I'd go with the 2010. Warranty and better fit and finish. Vermont is cold and those headed seats on the 10 would be so nice in the winter months (unless you have a winter beater). The Cobra is bada$$ but I'd go new.

No offense but if you're coming from an SRT4 I'm sure that reliability isn't that big of a deal to you. Some people look at reliability in different perspectives. If you want something that will definitely turn on everytime you turn the key I'd go with the 2010. To be honest, at first, I hated the rear end. It keeps on growing and growing on me and I'm starting to like it more and more. Also, the fact that it has a bad *** interior also helps with falling in love with it.
The termi's (03/04 Cobra's) are nothing but badass. Albeit you can buy a brand new "quick" car for the same price. It won't be as fast right away but it would be a smarter decision financially. It's all up to you and you can't really go wrong with either. It all boils down to preference. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions and don't hesitate to PM me.
P.S: I'd really like to hear your honest reason for being "done with the whole 4 banger thing." I kind of like them. Maybe because I've never owned one? It just seems to be pretty smart that some cars with half the motors of other cars keeping up/beating the cars with twice their motor.
