Default 12v volt keyed supply under dash?

I'm installing guages in my 10, and I need 12v and 12 volt ignition feeds. Has anyone found easy access to the two yet? I have 3 oscopes, 2 DVMs, and other equiptment, but no prints. I', doing away with my air tube when I install my blower, so I'm thinking that hole will be a good pass through for sensor cables and wireing. Mayhaps Fordengineer has the info? Thanks!

I have always got those from the igniton wires in the steering column or from the radio along with the dimmer wire.

Not sure if any 2010 diagrams are out for alarm installs but those forums would be were you would find that info.
