Any way to change air distribution without using NAV?

I have the '10 NAV and was trying to find a way of changing the heat/AC air distribution without having to use the NAV screen.

Any way to do it via voice or buttons?

Both, there are buttons at the bottom, also if you press your sync button on the wheel you can say Climate Temperature <60-90> (I think it's 90) and it will change it

Actually, I was talking about which vents the air comes out of...floor, dash, windshield. For the life of me, I can't find any way to do it without having to use the screen.
