Do Ford service depts offer courtesy cars?

not sure who you're working with at Team Ford, but talk to Josh Trampass....he's a cool guy that I know personally and he'll make sure you get taken care of.
as far as courtesy car....sorry, but no. I'm sure they will shuttle you if you need a ride.

I bought my car from a Lexus dealership and they wanted me to bring it back in for a cleaning i guess. I brought it back in and they gave me an ES350 for the day. It was kind of cool, but I guess you get what you pay for in that department. They give out a loaner car for all the cars that came in there as far as i know but I could be wrong.

Since you car is under warranty, you should get a loaner car which now days most all dealereships user a rental car place to supply. This is provided they feel that your leak will be covered by warranty. Don't be afraid to ask about a loaner.

Every time any of my Toyota's went in the shop they provided me a loaner, even after the warranty expired. But that was because I asked for one. Even when they were hesitant, I was able to talk them into it.
My Stang has been back to the dealer three times. All three times I asked and they provided a loaner. It depends on the dealer and YOUR ability. But then, at my age, I look FORWARD to being an azzhole if I don't get it my way. Fortunately for them, I never had to be a really BIG azzhole (but ask me about the time I was thrown out of a Honda dealership in Jersey...).

So I need to bring my car to Team Ford in GA on Friday to get the passenger side water leak fixed.
Anyways the rep said the work will likely take 3-5 days, and I need a car in the meantime, she didn't offer any courtesy car and said they had a rental service on the lot.
If they don't have a courtesy car, and I have to rent a car for the meantime, since Ford is fixing a problem that is their fault, shouldn't they cover the rental cost?
It'll be around 200 to get the rental for a few days...

I went straight to the Toyota dealership, bought a Camry and drove over to the Honda dealership the next day, requested the salesman and manager come out, showed it to them, told them they had fu*ked up and drove off laughing. That Camry was fantastic, too.

It really depends on the dealership and whether or not you have an ESP. Granted, the ESP does not cover the car until after the OEM warranty but it does have loaner provisions.
Most dealerships I've been too will provide a no-charge loaner if you ask. Those that don't I simply let them know I won't be returning for service or buying any new vehicles from them. A day or two without a car under warranty and no ESP I can understand, but more 3 days or more and no loaner car, I have issues with that and I'm a pretty understanding person.
