Gears all the way. If not than the UDP. You won't see much of a gain with the throttle body. It is easier to install though.

I was a little iffy myself about getting 4.10's - best investment so far! Well the bama tunes were pretty cool too!

Forget the throttle body and udp's and get the Mezziere Electric water pump, it will give you the same benefits of the udp's . Plus if you ever go F/I you can still use it.
