Go to the gym. It will make it easier.

i think you can adjust it from the back access hole in the center console but i dont think its to make it easier to pull up and release. Thats the way ford made it so id leave it the way it is

I'm gonna move this thread to the 2005 - 2011 Section as this might get you better results than just 2010 - 2011 section

it's as soft as it'll get man

the shifter is physically pulling the e-brake mechanism in the rear rotors as well as all the associated wires & springs

gym sounds like your best bet

my buddy's 08 TL is super smooth and way less is required to engage it. Wonder what the difference is?

p.s.
doesn't really matter to me, automatic so i could care less.

I have an 01 and the brake is pretty damn hard too. I don't have much of a problem but I'm 6'5" 210 lol. My gf has to use both hands and yell like an Amazonian to get it down when I put it up. And even then it takes her a few minutes. Lol they couldn't have made it any softer?

The only way to make the Ebrake easier to set/disengage is to re-engineer the brake arm. That's not something you're going it be able to do yourself without a machine shop and knowledge of how the leverage is applied (which I'm going to assume you don't have, otherwise you wouldn't be asking in the first place). It's also something no company is going to do for mass market, as there is no demand.

wow, that was the most repetative and typo filled post ever... after a while it will break in and become softer. or you could just carry a cinder block and throw that under your tires whenever you leave it
