congrats, and ur gonna love um... i just put my Pypes LTs on two weeks ago (they are "identical" (in shape) to the Kooks) and I put on an o/r H. They are a bit raspy and loud on start up, but once it idles down they sound straight up amazing... i was in the same boat about thinkin id have to put in some hi-flow cats, but i dont think they need it. Under easy/normal load they just sound really good, then when u put ur foot in it all hell breaks loose!! Also, seems how i spent 1/2 as much on the headers as the Kooks, I sent them to Precision Motorsports of FL and had them coated. 2 weeks later and they are still as shiney as ever

oh, i have Stingers as "mufflers"... kind of an important detail lol

the install is not "hard" just seems to take forever.

one thing i will add about the kooks with the catted H pipe. if you are lowered you are going to scrape on big speed bumps and change in gradients (ie going up a ramp in a parking garage). its really starting to **** me off to be completely honest cause i hate that sound.

i have a manual so it should be nice and easy. and i would hope that they dont "blue" on me. i got the 1700 degree jet hot coating so they better stay nice and shiny lol

on a side note, ive read that its best to just reuse the stock header gaskets instead of the new ones. but kooks threw in some metal gaskets that feel like they are covered in felt (obviously its not felt but thats exactly what it looks and feels like) can anyone chime in on that one?
