Wow! I didn't realize before that these were basically a muffler delete. They are just bent pipes!! I'll bet that is loud.

It's not that loud. For people that are used to driving ricers or luxury cars, it probably is, for people who are used to driving real cars (late 60 early 70's Mopars), it's just right. I am in the 2nd group.

Stanman,
I put SLP loudmouths on my car about a month ago and it seems that everything in my car is rattling now. When they are cold, they vibrate like hell underneath the car and once they warm up they just vibrate the crap out of my A/C vents, radio buttons, and other places that can't be determined. Are you experiencing this? I am about ready to sell them real cheap if anyone is interested!

Nope, none of that here. Of course, I usually have the radio blaring, so I wouldn't notice if an H-bomb went off in my back seat. Tonight on the way home I will take a listen. I will hate you if I notice what you said is correct.

For those of you who are afraid that they are to loud, don't be. I put mine on this weekend and am COMPLETLY happy with them. Not so loud as to be irritating, but loud enough to make you grin every time you give it a little. I had a 70 Challenger with a 340 that was one of the best sounding rides I had ever heard (that little 340 was a MONSTER! no 383 could touch it). I gotta say, my Stang with the Loudmouths sounds just as good, maybe better. Try them, they are cheap, and one of the best add-ons for the money in my eyes!

Thanks Stanman. By the way, you have an awesome looking car and I almost wish that I would have got white. I'll eventually get the look I want after a few more performance mods. I don't know what N2F was insinuating.

Just got home, no rattles. Of course, I only have 1400 on the ticker. Perhaps when I get more miles on it, but I hope not! Thanks for the compliments, you need to get some pics up, everyone can't get enough pics of good looking 05's!
