#11
No drone (if there is it is very litle) on my Magnaflows (non magnapak). I stated previously I have used exhaust on previous cars that had drone and it Su-ucks! I have used magnaflow on my 00 GT, 01 Cobra and 04 GTO. I wouldnt continue to use them if I didnt trust them. just my .02

I just moved to Utah and I love to hear this exhaust so much I just turn up the heat to combat the cold that rolls in when I have the windows half down haha. I deliberately take routes that take me under an underpass.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR POST!! I thought I was the only one that does this. I too open the windows and turn up the heat. And I love underpasses. Whenever I come to one the kids know I will slow down so I can wind it out under it. They look at me like "Dad has to play with his toy".

Roush Exhaust
OK...since my post yesterday I have been in the car most of today. I am ALL smiles...even more so than when I first picked up the car. It now sounds like it should!!! Even my Camaro buddies like it.
I have turned MANY heads, enjoy running through the gears now even more and have set off two auto alarms in a parking lot (lol). There is some drone but it is only around 2,000 rpm and does not bother me at all. Since exhaust sound and drone is such a personal preference/issue my only recommendation would be try to listen to the real thing if at all possible. I live in ILL. near St. Louis so anyone who wants to drive my GT to test the Roush exhaust is certainly welcome (with me on board OF COURSE). This morning on the interstate at 70 mph I heard very little drone. However I know exhaust sound is a very personal thing so whatever you pick.....enjoy life and always smile!!!
I am leaving the house again to stop by a buddies who has a new Challenger...to let him hear how a real V8 exhaust should sound. LIFE IS GOOD - ENJOY IT EVERYDAY!!!
